GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS, UPS/SurePost, OnTrac, DHL eCommerce, Fedex, and China Post. An additional $5 fee will be applied to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS, DHL Express. We ship to over 60 countries. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. If you have any questions about your order contact Customer Service team Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM PST at 305.449.7773.

*High Value Orders
High value orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, require approximately 3 additional processing days. High value orders include orders with any item over $1,000, or multiple orders that have been placed within a 24 hour period totaling $1000. A customer service representative will contact you if your order requires additional processing time.
HOME AND ART
Most Home and Art orders are shipped within 5 business days. Artwork and Furniture that is oversized may require a longer lead time. Costs vary by the value and size of an item. You can determine shipping costs for a specific item during the checkout process before making a purchase. We do not ship Home or Art internationally at this time.
PACKAGE TRACKING
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in your customer portal.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
Envy Exclusive packages are secured directly by the shippers.
SALES TAX
Envy Exclusive has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All products except Fine Art are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping times vary based on destination.

Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico 3 – 6 business days $37 USD
Europe 4 – 6 business days $45 USD
Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia 4 – 7 business days $50 USD
Please add 2 days for any orders placed after Thursday, 12PM Pacific Time.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Envy Exclusive may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
RETURNS
All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
CONSIGNMENTS
We accept consignments only from within the United States.
